Beggar’s Rigg is a parking and picnic area on the western edge of Rothbury. In summer time it’s a popular place for riverside walks, barbecues and just generally watching the river meader by. In this winter scene a couple enjoy a brisk walk from Beggar’s Rigg into Rothbury along the riverside path.
