Beadnell on the Northumbrian coast was once a small fishing and lime producing village on the Northumberland coast.
Today these smelly, smoky traditional occupations are long gone. And it is now a favourite holiday spot, with a large variety of holiday accommodation and facilities, making it one of the most popular destinations for visitors on the coast.
This painting was created using Artist's acrylic paints on a canvasboard.
This painting would made a great group with my other paintings of the same subject, "Beadnell Bay Waves " and "Beadnell Bay Incoming Tide".
The painted image is 30 by 40 cm. It is ready to hang and framed in a bespoke "double" frame, making the the outer dimensions of the framed work 45 by 55.5 cm.
