This image was inspired by a boat trip out to Northumberland’s wonderful Farne Islands, where puffins and various other birds come to breed every year.
Broadcaster Sir David Attenborough has called The Farne Islands his favourite place in the UK to see nature at its best. I couldn't argue with that. I find it an almost magical experience to be able to walk right up to nesting terns, eider ducks and guillemots - so close that one could bend over and touch them.
Printed with a white border, on a heavy duty matt paper. Shipped flat, without mount, ready to frame.
