On a misty, moisty autumnal morning, this riverside chestnut tree seemed to be the only spot of colour in the whole scene- almost as if it had absorbed all the warm hues and energy, to focus them into its leaves, leaving the rest of the area grey and fuzzy.
It was created using Artist's acrylic paints on a canvasboard.
The painted image is 30 by 40 cm. It is ready to hang and framed in a bespoke "double" frame, making the the outer dimensions of the framed work 45 by 55.5 cm.
