For a short time each year, the slopes of The Simonside Hills near Rothbury are transformed into a purple, lilac and magenta patchwork, by the blooming heather. It's a joy for me to be able to capture these vivid colours, in combination with the blonde fields of ripe corn and sun bleached grass.
Printed with a white border, on a heavy duty matt, archival quality paper, using pigment based professional colours, to produce a fine quality print that will give decades of pleasure. Handwritten title and Artist's signature. Shipped rolled, without mount, ready to frame.
