A small signed painting of Snowdrops flowering amongst beech trees in Coquetdale in Northumberland. It's always a treat to spot the first snowdrops of the year, pushing their way through the undergrowth- even snow - of early Spring. The bright white flowers stand out against the carpet of leaves and twigs of the woodland floor. A new year is beginning.
It was painted using Artist's acrylic paints on a textured heavy weight paper.
It is ready to hang, with an ivory coloured mount and framed in a bespoke solid oak frame which is 26 cm square. The painted image is 12 cm square.
Small enough to hang anywhere- an awkward space or on a staircase, but with enough presence to always look great- singly or as a group. Hang them in blocks, vertical rows ot horizonal lines.
