Summer Stroll on the Banks of the River Coquet Print 0023
In summertime Rothbury’s riverside walk is a symphony of greens- from the palest jade of the cut hay fields, to the bottle green conifers on the golf course. On the south side of the river, the neatly manicured greens of the golf course are a testament to man’s will. But in contrast, on the north side rough meadow grass competes with a rampant tangle of wild flowers from cranesbill to red campion, borage to horse mint, comfrey to devil’s bit scabious and the occasional poppy. The River Coquet glides its way indifferently between the two banks.
Like all of my standard prints, this is printed with a white border, on a heavy duty matt archival quality paper, using pigment based professional colours, to produce a fine quality print that will give decades of pleasure. Title and artist's signature on the lower edge of the border. Shipped rolled, without mount, ready to frame.
