Seahouses Harbour on the Northumberland coast is a popular place to visit for holidaymakers from near or far. As well as being the starting point for boat trips, it's still a picturesque fishing port, where crabs and lobsters are landed to supply local hotels and reastaurants.
With their multicolour floats, the boats look like they are decked out with balloons for a party. The figure with the walking stick, supervising events is the Harbour Master.
